Porn is a major distraction. I wish porn never had been invented.
Unfortunately it has, so I would like to pass on my personal solution: keep an image of Gordon Brown close to hand; maybe set it as your desktop background or pin a photo to the wall. Or if you're really dedicated, Photoshop Gordon's face onto the porn itself.
